aDolus Technology Inc. is a rapidly growing SaaS startup focused on addressing the software supply chain risk faced by OT, IoT, and IT professionals. We provide a cloud-based platform called FACTTM that provides file decomposition (enriched SBOMs) and trust scores within the software/firmware supply chain (between vendors, asset owners, and partners) for mission-critical systems and industries. 

Job Description

Sales Directors will have a significant impact on our business by creating new growth opportunities for aDolus. You will have primary responsibility for outbound sales and will proactively contact potential customers and manage select inbound leads. We are looking for Sales Professionals with an appropriate existing network, great communication skills, business acumen, and a flexible mindset. Initial Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acquire new logos and partners
  • Meet or exceed the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle through contracts and transition to customer success 
  • Develop and manage the sales funnel:
    • Research, identify, contact, and present to relevant stakeholders 
    • Generate qualified appointments with decision-makers
    • Communicate our value proposition, generate interest, and qualify intent
    • Convert leads to sales opportunities 
    • Receive, respond to, and qualify inbound leads
    • Maintain a funnel of high-value opportunities at 5X goal 
    • Leverage in-person meetings, digital sales, social media, and HubSpot CRM
  • Progress and expedite all opportunities through the sales cycle 
  • Coordinate and perform product demos for qualified sales leads
  • Attend select conferences to represent aDolus and drive top-of-funnel
  • Take direct responsibility for assigned strategic customer engagements
  • Submit standard metrics, such as weekly pipeline, funnel, and monthly reports


  • Existing, relevant contacts (OT, ICS preferred) 
  • Direct experience in Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing sectors preferred
  • Hunter mindset, motivation, and drive
  • Proven track record of closing SaaS and/or Managed Services agreements
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in cybersecurity (OT, ICS preferred)
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills 
  • Experience managing contract negotiations
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
